The Rotary-PTI 2008 State Ranking Tennis Tournament was conducted by Pro-Tennis Initiative, A M Jain College Campus, Meenambakkam, Chennai between 14^th to 19^th July 2008. 

The tournament was conducted in the following categories:- Children Under-10, Boys Under 12, Girls Under-12, Boys Under-14, Girls Under-14, Boys Under-18 and Girls Under-18.

The tournament was sponsored by Rotary Club of Madras Metro. The tournament was co-sponsored by Bhaskar Babu Homes (P) Ltd. and SPORTSCENTER. My special thanks to Mr. Sekar Babu for helping us with the sponsorships.

The finals were played on Saturday 19^th July.  Rtn. Chidambara Kumar, District Chairman, Youth Service was the Chief Guest and gave away the prizes. Rtn. H.K. Singh, President, Rotary Club of Madras Metro, Rtn. Selva, Secretary, Rotary Club of Madras Metro. Rtn. J. Sreekanth, Youth service Director, Rotary Club of Madras Metro and Rtn. Sekar Babu, Chairman, Tennis Committee were at the prize distribution ceremony.
